One-page career summary

Manas Ronghe

GRC Solutions Engineer and ControlMap SME working across technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, solution design, implementation planning, and complex customer engagements.

Current work

Promoted from Product Adoption Manager to Solutions Engineer in January 2026 after helping turn complex compliance requirements into repeatable implementation and enablement models.

I work with service providers, GRC teams, and regulated organizations to translate compliance requirements into practical workflows inside a SaaS platform. The work includes technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, solution design, implementation planning, partner education, and turning recurring customer problems into useful product feedback.

I support mid-market and enterprise evaluations as the GRC and platform specialist, helping prospects determine whether the product can support their requirements and implementation model. I am usually most useful when the problem crosses customer requirements, product capabilities, technical constraints, and the operating model around the work.

Selected evidence

Thirteen MSPs use the methodology across more than 100 operating companies and frameworks including CIS Controls v8.1, NIST CSF 2.0, and ISO 27001.

The golden-tenant model reduces the setup of each operating-company tenant from roughly fourteen hours to approximately fifteen minutes after an initial fully structured template is configured in approximately eight hours.

ScalePad President’s Club Winner 2025.

Product influence

Implementation feedback from this work contributed to more than 20 shipped ControlMap product and content changes, including two net-new frameworks I own end-to-end: NIST 800-53 Rev 5 and UK Cyber Essentials v3.3.

I also influenced and helped define the cloning capability behind the repeat-tenant model.

SaaS founding-team experience

Before ScalePad, I spent almost four years as one of the founding members behind a route-planning SaaS company. The product served approximately 250 paying business customers and between 1,000 and 1,600 paying individual users in an average month across two pricing tiers.

I worked across the original product idea, design, onboarding, go-to-market, customer experience, and the operating model underneath the business.

International work

Earlier in my career, I worked through Maeflower Consulting as an official representative for the Greater Zurich Area, AWEX in Wallonia, REDI Cincinnati, and the Thailand Board of Investment, alongside work connected to Germany and the State of Missouri.

The work covered investment attraction, economic development, market entry, international expansion, industry events, visiting delegations, and conference participation.

Education and location

MBA in International Business from the University of Greenwich and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Based in Ontario, Canada.
