About
My career has moved through international investment, early-stage SaaS, and compliance technology. The common thread is translation: understanding what different people need, finding the operating constraint, and designing a way through it that survives handoff.
At ScalePad, I lead strategic product adoption and implementation work in compliance SaaS. I work across customer discovery, workflow design, framework requirements, enablement, adoption, and product feedback. The subject matter is GRC, but the underlying work is broader: helping customers move from buying software to operating a reliable system with it.
Before that, I was the first hire at a route-planning SaaS company. I worked across product decisions, user experience, onboarding, customer success, and strategy while the product and its customer journey were being built. Earlier, I supported market-entry and investment-attraction programs connecting companies with economic-development organizations across several regions.
I am drawn to strategic individual-contributor roles where the problem is still ambiguous, several teams see only part of it, and the answer needs to work in practice. I prefer useful systems over impressive theatre, and evidence over easy certainty.
Listen for what people actually do, not only what the process says they do.
A solution is stronger when the next person can operate it without its creator nearby.
Assumptions, sources, decisions, and exceptions should be reviewable.
Recurring customer friction should improve the product, method, or enablement system.
