Selected work

Operating problems, not just deliverables.

A selection of work across SaaS implementation, product adoption, customer journey design, applied AI, and international growth. Some details are intentionally generalized to protect customer and employer information.

01

Governed AI Workflow Architecture for Recurring Knowledge Work

A layered system for recurring research and synthesis with source checks, permission boundaries, deterministic gates, and human approval.

02

Building a Reference Implementation Customers Can Operate

A reusable implementation pattern that brought framework logic, evidence design, validation, enablement, and escalation into one operating method.

03

Building the Customer Journey at an Early-Stage SaaS Company

Connecting product discovery, onboarding, user feedback, lifecycle communication, and retention while the company itself was being built.

Additional work

Three shorter examples.

Enterprise implementation

Platform migration for a multi-client advisory practice

Led discovery, framework mapping, evidence strategy, and rollout design for a growing practice moving from a legacy compliance platform. The public version focuses on the migration method and omits customer identity and internal platform detail.

Field to product

Turning customer evidence into product decisions

Structured recurring implementation observations into actionable product and compliance-content feedback. The work connected customer friction, framework logic, release validation, and enablement.

International growth

Supporting a €150M Wallonia investment initiative

Served as the India-side liaison connecting an investing company with the Wallonia regional ecosystem in Belgium. The announced project was expected to create 75 direct jobs over time.
